Our packaging is made from recyclable materials, and we encourage you to repurpose them whenever possible. If disposal is necessary, please ensure the materials are placed in the appropriate recycling bins to support sustainable practices.
Return
We offer refunds or exchanges if the goods are returned within 14 calendar days of you receiving the products. Please notify our team by emailing yuzhao.huang.zs@gmail.com prior to returning the item to initiate the process; otherwise, your return will not be processed.
Returned items must be in their original resalable condition and free from damage, odour, or signs of wear, such as soiling, hair, washing, or scratching. All returns are subject to inspection.
Please note the following exclusions:
- Personalised and bespoke items cannot be returned.
- Sale items are non-refundable.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for credit or debit card refunds to reflect on your statement.
Customers are responsible for the postage costs associated with returning unwanted items. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held liable for loss or damage during transit.
